Who we are
Viahe is a fleet operations platform for local transport. It serves local government units (LGUs) and operators through web back-offices, and drivers and riders through mobile apps. This policy explains what personal information we process and why. It applies to the Viahe website and the Viahe driver and rider applications.
Information we collect
- Account & profile: Name, email, phone number, role, and, for drivers and operators, franchise, vehicle, and document details needed for verification and compliance.
- Location: When you use the driver or rider app, we process device location to match trips, route journeys, estimate fares and arrival times, and show trips in progress.
- Payments & wallet: Wallet balances, top-ups, cash-in, and transaction records. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by Viahe.

How we use information
We use personal information to provide and operate the platform: to verify drivers and operators, process franchising and permits, match and route trips, calculate fares, move wallet payments, provide support, keep the service secure, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and third parties
We share information only as needed to run the service and comply with the law. Service providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, including:
